Pheebe Fletcher wins the British Rally Marshals Club Marshal of the Year Award 2023 (The Jimmy McRae Award)

The British Rally Marshals Club (BRMC) are proud to announce that the winner of the 2023 Marshal of the Year Award (The Jimmy McRae Award) is Pheebe Fletcher.
Pheebe started marshalling back in 2014 at the age 7 with her father and her brother and has been a registered marshal with Motorsport UK since 2019. She regularly undertakes 25-30 events per year fulfilling various roles at both Rally and Speed events. She also assists at Rally Rescue training days by acting as a simulated casualty!
Not standing still, Fletcher is eagerly awaiting her 17thbirthday so she can join her father Andy on his Recovery unit, Mable Recovery, as a Trainee. She is currently at college studding a Level 2 in motorsport, with aspirations to join a WRC or F1 team as a mechanic in the future.
On receipt of her award, Fletcher said:
I just messaged friends to say I am famous as my picture is on BWRDC Stand…..l am even more so now! What a surprise, I’m actually shaking. l am so thrilled
The Chairman of the BRMC, John Jones, added:
It’s great to see youngsters coming through and continuing the great work. Pheebe sets a great example to others, and I hope she reaches her goals. The BRMC continue to encourage everyone to become involved so we can continue providing trained people to events throughout the country. If you would like to become part of the team, just drop a note to recruitment@brmc,org.uk

Congratulations to Paul Chambers on being awarded the 2022 BRMC Marshal of the Year.
This award is to recognize the British Rally Marshals Club's Rally Marshal of the Year. It is presented annually to a marshal within the Club whose contribution was above and beyond the normal duties expected of a marshal.
The pictures shows the BRMC Chairman John Jones presenting the award to Paul Chambers on the Start Line of the Dunnington Stage on last weekends the East Riding Stages.
